Singapore Sling

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Gin
  • 15 ml Cherry Heering
  • 7,5 ml Benedictine DOM
  • 7,5 ml Cointreau
  • 120 ml Pineapple juice
  • 15 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 10 ml Grenadine
  • Dash Angostura bitters
  • Crushed ice
  • Pineapple wedge and cherry (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice for 15 seconds
  2. Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice
  3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry
