Singapore Sling
Ingredients
- 30 ml Gin
- 15 ml Cherry Heering
- 7,5 ml Benedictine DOM
- 7,5 ml Cointreau
- 120 ml Pineapple juice
- 15 ml Fresh lime juice
- 10 ml Grenadine
- Dash Angostura bitters
- Crushed ice
- Pineapple wedge and cherry (for garnish)
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients with ice for 15 seconds
- Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry
