Sangria

Ingredients

  • 750 ml Dry red wine
  • 250 ml Fresh orange juice
  • 60 ml Brandy (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 Orange, sliced
  • 1 Apple, diced
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 250 ml Soda water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, dissolve sugar in orange juice
  2. Add wine and brandy; stir
  3. Add fruit and cinnamon
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours
  5. Just before serving, add ice and top with soda water
  6. Stir gently and serve with fruit
