Sangria
Ingredients
- 750 ml Dry red wine
- 250 ml Fresh orange juice
- 60 ml Brandy (optional)
- 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1 Orange, sliced
- 1 Apple, diced
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 250 ml Soda water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a pitcher, dissolve sugar in orange juice
- Add wine and brandy; stir
- Add fruit and cinnamon
- Refrigerate 2 hours
- Just before serving, add ice and top with soda water
- Stir gently and serve with fruit
