Porn Star Martini

Ingredients

• 30 ml Vanilla vodka
• 30 ml Passion-fruit puree
• 15 ml Vanilla simple syrup
• 15 ml Fresh lime juice
• 45 ml Chilled Prosecco (served on the side)
• Half passion fruit (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Shake vodka, passion-fruit puree, vanilla syrup and lime juice with ice for 10-12 seconds
2. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe
3. Float half a passion fruit on top
4. Serve with a chilled shot of Prosecco on the side
