Pina Colada
Ingredients
- 50 ml White rum
- 60 ml Coconut cream
- 60 ml Fresh pineapple juice
- 30 g Crushed pineapple (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple wedge and cherry (for garnish)
Instructions
- Blend rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, crushed pineapple and a scoop of ice until smooth
- Pour into a chilled hurricane glass
- Garnish with pineapple and cherry
