Pina Colada

Ingredients

  • 50 ml White rum
  • 60 ml Coconut cream
  • 60 ml Fresh pineapple juice
  • 30 g Crushed pineapple (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple wedge and cherry (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, crushed pineapple and a scoop of ice until smooth
  2. Pour into a chilled hurricane glass
  3. Garnish with pineapple and cherry
