Ingredients

  • 50 ml Blended Scotch whisky
  • 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 20 ml Honey-ginger syrup
  • 7 ml Smoky Islay whisky (float)
  • Ice cubes
  • Candied ginger (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Shake blended Scotch, lemon juice and honey-ginger syrup with ice until chilled
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
  3. Float smoky Islay whisky on top
  4. Garnish with candied ginger
