Penicillin
Ingredients
- 50 ml Blended Scotch whisky
- 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml Honey-ginger syrup
- 7 ml Smoky Islay whisky (float)
- Ice cubes
- Candied ginger (for garnish)
Instructions
- Shake blended Scotch, lemon juice and honey-ginger syrup with ice until chilled
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
- Float smoky Islay whisky on top
- Garnish with candied ginger
