Negroni

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Gin
  • 30 ml Sweet vermouth
  • 30 ml Campari
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange peel (for garnish)
  • Optional: 1 dash orange bitters
Negroni

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice
  2. Add the gin, sweet vermouth and Campari
  3. Stir for 20-30 seconds until well-chilled
  4. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube (or serve straight up)
  5. Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish
