Negroni
Ingredients
- 30 ml Gin
- 30 ml Sweet vermouth
- 30 ml Campari
- Ice cubes
- Orange peel (for garnish)
- Optional: 1 dash orange bitters
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice
- Add the gin, sweet vermouth and Campari
- Stir for 20-30 seconds until well-chilled
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube (or serve straight up)
- Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish
