Mimosa

Ingredients

• 90 ml Chilled sparkling wine
• 60 ml Fresh orange juice
• Orange twist (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Pour orange juice into a chilled flute
2. Slowly top with sparkling wine
3. Give a gentle stir
4. Garnish with an orange twist
