Mai Tai
Ingredients
- 30 ml Aged dark rum
- 30 ml White rum
- 15 ml Orange curacao
- 15 ml Orgeat syrup
- 25 ml Fresh lime juice
- 10 ml Simple syrup (or grenadine)
- Crushed ice
- Mint sprig, spent lime shell and pineapple wedge (for garnish)
Instructions
- Shake both rums, curacao, orgeat, lime juice and syrup with ice
- Strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice
- Garnish with mint, the spent lime shell and pineapple
