Mai Tai

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Aged dark rum
  • 30 ml White rum
  • 15 ml Orange curacao
  • 15 ml Orgeat syrup
  • 25 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 10 ml Simple syrup (or grenadine)
  • Crushed ice
  • Mint sprig, spent lime shell and pineapple wedge (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Shake both rums, curacao, orgeat, lime juice and syrup with ice
  2. Strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice
  3. Garnish with mint, the spent lime shell and pineapple
