Ingredients

  • 15 ml Creme de cassis
  • 90 ml Chilled Champagne
  • Blackberry or lemon twist (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pour creme de cassis into a chilled flute
  2. Top gently with Champagne
  3. Garnish with a blackberry or lemon twist
