Hot Shot

Ingredients

  • 20 ml Galliano
  • 20 ml Hot coffee
  • 20 ml Lightly whipped cream
  • Optional: Grated nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pour Galliano into a heatproof cordial glass
  2. Carefully layer hot coffee over the back of a spoon
  3. Float the lightly whipped cream on top
  4. Dust with nutmeg if desired
