Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- 50 ml Gin
- 25 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 25 ml Egg white
- 60 ml Soda water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slice (for garnish)
Instructions
- Dry-shake gin, lemon juice, syrup and egg white for 15 seconds
- Add ice and shake again until cold
- Strain into a highball glass (no ice)
- Top with soda water to lift the foam
- Garnish with a lemon slice
