Gimlet

Ingredients

• 60 ml Gin
• 22 ml Roses Lime Cordial
• 8 ml Fresh lime juice
• Ice cubes
• Lime wheel (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Shake gin, lime cordial and lime juice with ice
2. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe
3. Garnish with a lime wheel
