Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 50 ml White rum
• 25 ml Fresh lime juice
• 20 ml Simple syrup
• 150 g Frozen strawberries
• 1 cup crushed ice
• Strawberry slice (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Blend rum, lime juice, simple syrup, frozen strawberries and crushed ice until smooth and slushy
2. Pour into a chilled glass
3. Garnish with a strawberry slice
