Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 50 ml Vodka
- 25 ml Coffee liqueur
- 50 ml Fresh espresso, cooled
- 10 ml Simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Three coffee beans (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add vodka, coffee liqueur, cooled espresso and simple syrup to an ice-filled shaker
- Shake hard for 15 seconds to create a foam
- Fine-strain into a chilled coupe
- Float three coffee beans on top
