Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Vodka
  • 25 ml Coffee liqueur
  • 50 ml Fresh espresso, cooled
  • 10 ml Simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Three coffee beans (for garnish)
Espresso Martini

Instructions

  1. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, cooled espresso and simple syrup to an ice-filled shaker
  2. Shake hard for 15 seconds to create a foam
  3. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe
  4. Float three coffee beans on top
