Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Vodka
  • 90 ml Tomato juice
  • 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes Tabasco (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of freshly-ground black pepper
  • Ice cubes
  • Celery stalk and lemon wedge (for garnish)
Bloody Mary

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice
  2. Add vodka, tomato juice and lemon juice
  3. Season with Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt and pepper
  4. Roll the drink back-and-forth between glass and shaker to mix and chill
  5. Garnish with a celery stalk and lemon wedge
