Aperol Spritz

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Prosecco (dry sparkling wine)
  • 45 ml Aperol
  • 30 ml Chilled soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange slice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice
  2. Pour in the Prosecco, then the Aperol
  3. Top with soda water
  4. Give a gentle stir and garnish with an orange slice
