Amaretto Sour

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Amaretto
  • 25 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml Simple syrup
  • 20 ml Egg white (optional)
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon twist or maraschino cherry (for garnish)
Amaretto Sour

Instructions

  1. Dry-shake amaretto, lemon juice, syrup and egg white for 10 seconds
  2. Add ice and shake again until chilled
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
  4. Dash bitters on top and garnish
