Amaretto Sour
Ingredients
- 50 ml Amaretto
- 25 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 20 ml Egg white (optional)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ice cubes
- Lemon twist or maraschino cherry (for garnish)
Instructions
- Dry-shake amaretto, lemon juice, syrup and egg white for 10 seconds
- Add ice and shake again until chilled
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
- Dash bitters on top and garnish
